Edge Carry Conveyors

Edge Carry Conveyors are commonly used for seamless integration with key process equipment where product orientation and direction of travel are carefully controlled. They are the optimal choice where component clearance is required beneath the product during processing. Dynapace offers a comprehensive selection of standard edge carry conveyors and board handling equipment. Many options are available to tailor a module to meet your specific needs including several rail designs to optimize transport for your application.

Flat Belt Conveyors

Flat Belt modules are commonly used in applications where full product support is desired, precise product positioning is not needed, or varying product sizes are being concurrently processed. Dynapace uses welded steel frames and long-life ESD safe belts for durability. Many options are available to tailor a module to meet your specific needs including various belt widths and high temperature belts for applications where product is being transferred or accumulated after a heat intensive process.

Heavy Duty Conveyors

Dynapace offers both edge carry and flat belt conveyors designed to carry large and heavy weight product. Have a board 24 inches wide, 42 inches long, 1/2 inch thick, weighing 75 lbs. that only has .125 inch edge clearance? Standard conveyors just don't work in this application. Dynapace has created a full line of PCB edge carry handling systems especially designed to handle large and/or heavy product. We also offer a line of flat belt conveyors with 24 or 48 belt widths available.

Progressive Assembly

Dynapace offers a wide range of assembly line workstations. Some of the standard designs include power or manual, flat or inclined lines. Overhead lighting, parts bin mounting, and footrests are a few of the features that can be included on your line. Dynapace can also provide space for mounting PC keyboards and monitors.

Pallets, Magazines and Carts

Pallets: Dynapace carriers are designed and engineered to assist in the production of high-quality printed circuit boards. In many applications, PCBs are irregular in shape and size, large and heavy, or have special components or devices that require masking. In such cases the Dynapace carrier is and ideal solution to an otherwise difficult situation. Dynapace fabricates a wide variety of circuit board carriers to meet any application.

Magazines: Dynapace magazines come in many standard sizes and materials. Side panels are available in aluminum, plastic and"high temp" composite. Width adjust using both manual (tool required) and screw. Standard magazine gates to retain product when in between processes. Dynapace fabricates a wide variety of magazines to meet any application.
